Judy Tabak
Judy Tabak, SPHR, brings decades of experience in organizational development and human resources leadership for organizations in transformation. Judy has worked with both nonprofits and for-profits to drive change, supporting culture building and alignment, organizational development, strategic planning, and the development of highly impactful talent acquisition, management, and retention practices. Prior to founding Integral Talent Solutions and her work with nonprofits, Judy held leadership positions in human resources and talent management at the Wentworth Company, DFS Group Limited, the Decurion Corporation, and a consultant to The Walt Disney Company. At Decurion, Judy supported a comprehensive organizational transformation, with Harvard Business Review featuring Decurion as an exemplar of “deliberately developmental organizations,” improving employee performance by focusing not only on conventional success but also building flexibility, creativity, and resilience as part of change management.
