Jason Kuroiwa

Jason is an executive advisor and retired U.S. Army officer with over 25 years of global experience creating and executing strategies for growing sustainable organizations. He has served in the 82nd Airborne Division and 3d Cavalry; Diplomatic Liaison Officer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Chief People Officer at Fort Cavazos, Texas; and Senior Human Resources Trainer at the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, California. Jason led a transformational supply chain organization that received the third-highest U.S. Army organizational award, the Meritorious Unit Commendation. Jason, a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal, retired from active duty as a Lieutenant Colonel.

He is honored to serve currently as an appointed member of the U.S. Department of Labor Advisory Committee on Veterans Employment, Training, and Employer Outreach (ACVETEO).  Jason serves on the Executive Council for the Japanese American Veterans Association and Supervisory Committee Member for the Sea West Coast Guard Federal Credit Union.

He holds an MA in HR Management, an executive MBA, an Executive MPA, and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
